我因為太太工作的關係，去年搬來香港居住，以前在新加坡、上海和洛杉磯居住過不少時間，所以對各地也頗為瞭解。自居港以來觀察感想幾多，分享一下我的看法，深感一般港人置業之難，生活之不易。
新加坡也是極細的地方，可是一到香港，同樣尺碼的房子，竟比新加坡小了一半。後來聽說香港的公寓分攤了公用面積，可還是一知半解，星洲的私屋建造也相似，地產商也定期向政府勾地，每個屋宇都有大片的綠地，可不見得分攤每戶的居住面積。相對而言，星洲的私屋綠地面積反倒還大些。發展商這樣charge買家，真是暴利。 Continue reading 一個新加坡人的香港樓市觀

I have downloaded the PageControl example from developer.apple.com but i don’t know the reason why i cannot open the .xib in Interface Builder. Anyway, i cannot make use of this example for my purpose as i don’t how to remove the UIPageControl without using the Interface Builder.
So i follow the example to create a simple UIScrollView with paging feature by scrolling the screen in horizontal direction.

You can use the following command to remove all the .svn folder in Linux.
find . -type d -name .svn -depth -exec rm -rf {} \;

Recently i have created a GitHub account. In order to push files to the GitHub Repository, i have to generate a key pair for authentication. For Windows users, you could use msysgit for the key generation purpose.
1. Download the msysgit installer at msysgit project website
2. Run the installer to install the msysgit
