因為電視劇而被堺雅人界深深吸引，估唔到佢除了演藝才華還會寫作。

這書集合了堺雅人在以往演藝生涯中寫下的散文，當中包括工作中與他學生時代的軼事，例如他如何加入戲劇社、接到劇本後怎樣揣摩角色等等，十分喜歡他那謙虛與自嘲的風格。
