When posting the Drupal comment, we may want to quote the origin post or comment. This could be done by the Quote module.

1. Download and enable the module.

 

2. Go to admin/config/content/quote to configure the settings.

 

3. Go to admin/config/content/formats/<> and then check the Converts [quote] tags into <div> tags… check box.

 

4. You can find the quote option in the node and comment now.

 

But seems the comment subject should be in better format. It is suggested that Re: Comment subjects module could be used to handle it.
