If you get the following error whenever u try to complete the payment of PayPal Website Payment Standard.
- Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to
Go to Adminster -> Store administration -> Payment settings -> Edit -> Payment methods -> PayPal Website Payments Standard settings and Uncheck the Submit address information to PayPal to override PayPal stored addresses as follow.
Done =)

You have to consult the guy who install the Drupal for you, the Administer option is granted to the superuser only.
