Sod’s Law/Murphy’s Law – Anything That Can Go Wrong Will Go Wrong

The Sod’s Law/Murphy’s Law is a kind of perception of life. For me, it’s definitely belongs to Philosophy since it shows you a way about how you live your life.

  • If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong.
  • Nothing is as easy as it looks.

  • If anything simply cannot go wrong, it will anyway.
  • Every solution breeds new problems.
  • Opportunity always knocks at the least opportune moment.
  • Success occurs when no one is looking; failure occurs when the people are watching.
  • If it’s stupid but it works, it isn’t stupid.
  • Never argue with a fool, people might not know the difference.
  • When a broken appliance is demonstrated for the repairman, it will work perfectly.
  • If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong.

  • Technology is dominated by those who manage what they do not understand.
