Yesterday we talked about how to localize the iPhone Application. For more details, please refer to iPhone – Localization. So how about the localizing the application name?

Here comes the answer.

1. Add a new Strings file under Resource folder and name it to InfoPlist.strings

 

2. Browse the Info of the newly added InfoPlist.strings and click Make File Localizable

3. Add the localization under the General tab

4. Delete the application in iPhone/iPhone Simulator and clean the Xcode project before Build and Go again.

Please not that you have to name the .strings file as InfoPlist.strings.
