The Page Title module allows you to edit the page title of front page, node as well as taxonomy pages. It needs Token to work.

1. Download and enable the module.

 

2. Now you can customize the page title for different pages @ Admin -> Site configuration -> Page title.

 

3. You can make use of the Token values to customized the page title pattern.
