HMV做不下去，要清盤了，文明世界齊呼可惜。
九十年的名牌，因為那個商標：一隻狗蹲在一副留聲機喇叭前聆聽：「他主人的聲音」。
His Master’s Voice──小時候，我在家裏聽唱片，桃麗絲黛的Que Sera Sera，還有芭蒂貝芝的「櫥窗裏的小狗多少錢」，四十五轉唱片，棗紅色的商標紙，印着這個圖案。
本來是一張油畫，畫家名叫巴羅德。一八九八年，他在英格蘭西部布里斯托一家劇院當舞台經理，他喜歡繪畫，有時佈景和海報都由他繪製。
巴羅德收養了一隻流浪狗，帶了回家。小狗有一個怪脾氣，看見人的腳跟就追上去咬。巴羅德給牠取名叫Nipper──小咬，從此相依為命。他買了一副留聲機回家，用手絞動唱片，小咬聽見了，走過來，坐在留聲機的喇叭前，側頭凝神聆聽。巴羅德據此畫了一幅油畫。兩年之後，一百鎊賣給一個唱片商人。從此，這隻叫Nipper的狗就不朽。

2012 is a special year for me because not only i have turned myself from an employee to an freelancer, and also i have implemented my own idea as a real website called QPon. Although this idea is not working at all in HK, it is really an unforgettable experience to me.
On the other hand, i completed the another unforgettable life experience which is the round trip Taiwan cycling in October.
Looking forward to 2013 and wish you all have a fruitful year!
一年就快又過了，2012年的除夕，給大家一個中國人的故事，在此祝福莊嬤嬤。
之前釣魚臺鬧得熱哄哄，好像不出來爭釣魚台就不是中國人，其實有無想過中國人的定義是什麼？
是否出生在一個叫中國的地方就是中國人？
是否黃皮膚，講普通話就是中國人？
是否拿著一個”中華XX共和國”護照，就可以叫自己做中國人？
我認為一個比較嚴謹的定義，應該是一個人了解這個叫”中國”的地方的文化和歷史，並可以活出並守護這中國傳統文化的人，才有資格稱為中國人。
以下的婆婆，她就是我心中所想的中國人。
在質疑別人的行為或思想不是中國人應有之前，先想想中國人的的定義是什麼，看看自己的思想與行為，看看你現在生活的環境，還有幾多是屬於這個地方的傳統與文化。

倪匡回港幾年，粉絲比以前更多了。大家愛他快人快語，我們都想像倪老先生一樣，不論是談創作談政治批評政府，全部百無禁忌。年前受施仁毅之邀，掛名「香港小說會名譽會長」，推動香港創作。今年書展申請得來145萬，辦「香港小說跨媒體創作大獎」，鼓勵創作。這個下午，我們由小說創作，談到香港前景。

那天，我出席了一個葬禮
四十歲？對你來說很遙遠嗎？
對我來說卻是一個月後的事……
我，只是一個普通到不行的上班族，亦是所謂的中產。
婚已結，十年夫妻生活，愛情早變了感情；
樓已供，還有十多年的房貸，只是活在斗室之中；
車已買，快十年的日產汽車，開在街上沒人會留意；
奴已隸，上班下班，一成不變的辦工室工作，人也差不多變成機器。
簡單的生活，沉悶的生活，機器的生活，直到那一天。

Happy new year!
In 2011, I have completed the Postaday 2011 campaign. That means i published a blog post every day in 2011. Although i have no plan to keep it in 2012, i would try to keep blogging whenever i have time and i hope those articles could help to solve your problem.
Another big change on me in 2011 is that i have been being unemployed since Oct 2011. haha~ yes, i have quit! I have taken the first step of my dream. Currently i am working on my own project and i hope this first phase could be completed in 2012. I hope i could make some big progress this year.
About Eureka! Blog, it was visited 644,033 times in 2011. There is a significant decline in Dec 2011 because of the change of domain name form ykyuen.wordpress.com to eureka.ykyuen.info. I couldn’t figure out any solution to migrate the indexed content by Google from the old domain name to the new one. Anyway, time could heal.
